Reese Witherspoon was an American actress and producer and had landed her first feature role as the female lead in the film The Man in the Moon in 1991. She was born some time back on March 22, 1976 at Southern Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, US. Her father, John Draper Witherspoon had served as a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He was also in private practice as a otolaryngologist until 2012. Her mother, Mary Elizabeth had earned her BS and Master’s degrees in Nursing, and her doctor of education.
